About us
We proudly use beans from local roasters to craft every cup we serve, alongside a small selection of sweet treats. Whether you’re heading to work, running errands, or passing through town, Brewed Awakening Café is designed to be a convenient stop that still feels personal.
The idea started with Mark (“The Don”), owner of Irish Mafia Brewing, who decided to expand his business and bring a grab-and-go coffee shop to Bloomfield. While Mark may be the driving force behind the vision, he was the first to admit one thing: this type of business wasn’t his specialty.
That’s where Lainey comes in.
With hands-on experience in the coffee industry and a deep appreciation for quality, Lainey joined the project to help lead daily operations and shape the offer from the ground up. Together, they've built this new spot to be approachable, efficient, and rooted in quality. We proudly partner with Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters, who have gone above and beyond. Training our staff, sharing their techniques, and helping us explore the craft behind every cup we serve.
